1.The enrolment form and the level test must reach EFA (Aquitaine School of French) at least 3 weeks before the start of the course.

2. EFA will confirm your level in French and your session and will send you a quote.

3. If you wish to confirm your booking, a deposit of € 100 is payable .

4. Upon reception EFA will address you a receipt of your payment and a confirmation of your enrolment which would help you to obtain a visa.

5. The full balance is payable on the first day of the course.

6. This payment includes the price of the course chosen and 45 euros for the enrolment fees.

7. Enrolment fee is charged once only and includes :

- the level test and its evaluation
- unlimited access to the internet
- teaching aids
- personal support in booking and co-ordinating accommodation

CANCELLATION
If you cancel your place in a course before it starts, Aquitaine School of French will retain the 100 € deposit; however deposits may be credited towards the cost of a future course within the same calendar year.
If a visa has been refused, the Aquitaine School of French will reimburse you for the deposit less 45 euros to cover administrative fees.
Fees cannot be refunded for a course once it has started.
Aquitaine School of French reserves the right to cancel a course which does not have the minimum number of students; in this unlikely event, we offer you different course dates.

CHANGING COURSE
A student wishing to change course or dates less than 2 weeks before it starts, will have to pay 45€ administration fee.

INSURANCE
Before your arrival at Aquitaine School of French, it is strongly recommended that you obtain suitable insurance against illness, accident, loss or theft.
